Dark Magician | Yu-Gi-Oh! 

What began as a shelved idea evolved into an intensive animation study. I decided to dust off this project as a personal challenge, diving into the process of recreating an iconic character with my own visual and movement identity.

A technical cornerstone of this study was building the character's rig, created entirely from scratch using the Duik Angela script. This manual process was crucial for achieving absolute control over every joint and movement, allowing for a fluid and complex animation that brings the Dark Magician's imposing posture and magical gestures to life.

This work would not exist without the immense inspiration I drew from the version of the Dark Magician created by my friend, Capivara Motion. His work was the spark that motivated me to create my own interpretation. I am very grateful for that creative exchange!
